Pet Gear Deluxe Steel Crate (The Other Door)
I purchased this crate a little over a month ago…. To be 100% honest I only got it cause its cute and it matches all of mine and Shelby’s accessories/decor…. Im just going over the basics of the product…. I would NOT recommend this product if you are planning on traveling with your pet! It is put together rather “cheap”…. it is flimsy! Like I state in my video, the crates sole purpose in my home is just for looks! Shelby hangs out in there when she wants to play or whatever…. it does not move from its position and I rarely open/close the doors…. Thank you for the review. You did a great job. I agree with you totally on the pros and cons. I was especially pleased that you showed how that side door slids up. I have two of them and I could not figure it out by reading the instructions. The visual was just what i needed. I have the same one as you and the larger on. Hey thanks for the review! Me and a friend are looking at buying these crates. We do agility with our dogs and our crates are banged around a lot…. we like the look, and all the doors! So many doors! But we are not sure if they are sturdy enough for what we want to put them through!

ya, i dont think these crates would hold up for you…. they are a bit “flimsy”…. they look great and yes, so many doors! lol but arent the sturdiest crates around….

hey i have one and the slider boke!!!! so r the knobs sopposed to be that big and how do u get in in the metal part??? HELP, PLEASEEEE!!!!!
ok, my slider door came out once…. very difficult to put back in lol…. yes the knobs are supposed to be that big! u basically have to ‘force’ the knobs into the track starting at the back…. wish i could “show” u, maybe i will post a vid, let me know if this helped, if not then i will post a vid ASAP
I have two of these crates; a medium and a large size. The slider door came out and was really difficult to fix. My husband said a piece had broken so he fixed it, only to have the other side break the next day. Tonight, while putting the other dog in his crate the slider door came out of his. My husband “fixed it” only to have the other one fall out again immediately after. What a pain! For as much as these crates cost, you would expect a little more substance in the materials.
TOTALLY agree with you! These crates are poorly made & waaaay too expensive for the lack of quality…. I dont even move mine and another clip broke just from opening it!
please do a video for putting the garage door back in. I took a break from doing it to see if I could get help online. It’s sitting in my living room right now
