That’s about the size of a papillon. I have a 24" crate for my dog, and it is the perfect size in my opinion.

Many crates either come with a divider or the company sells a divider separately so you can section your dog off to a smaller area of the crate when it’s a puppy.

I would get a 24" that comes with a divider. Because shes not going to be potty trained, you’ll want to use the divider so she doesnt have to much room. If she has the entire crate to herself, she’ll eliminate on one end and sleep on the other. She should only have enough room to stand up, turn around and lay down. This is a wire crate your looking for by the way. They sell them at PetSmart.
